Size Exchange for Customised Orders are not Available.
Size exchange is free for Ready Made orders You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. If you receive an item and find that the size is not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Whole process takes 10-12 working days
Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are still providing the product exchange .If you placed Customised Order and Provided Wrong Information , In this Condition the Exchange is Not Available,
Customise Orders Can get Sometimes Mislead From our Side , You Can obtain Exchange For That You can Complaint , Our employee Can provide you Details for Sending Back that product , We do not provide Return Service Thats why Customer need to ship Back the Product to us. Note on Second Exchange: Size exchange done for the first time for a particular product is free. But if you change the same product for the second time then we do charge you Rs 250 for the second exchange/return.
